HOW IT WORKS. All Classifieds must be pre-paid. After you complete this form, The Sturbridge Times will contact you to confirm your order and quote a rate. Please have your credit card ready. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Paypal and debit cards.
BY MAIL (Pay by Check or Credit Card)
If you would like to submit your ad by mail, send the ad with payment to us at: The Sturbridge Times Classifieds, P.O. Box 418, Sturbridge, MA 01566. Allow plenty of time for mail delivery before the 22nd of the month. If you are sending your credit card information by mail, include card type (Visa/MC etc.), account number, account holder's name as it appears on the card, billing address for the card and expiration date. When we call to confirm, we will ask you for the 3-digit security number on the back of your card.

Deadline. The Sturbridge Times is published and mailed monthly during the first week of the month. The deadline for all classified ads and materials is on the 22nd of the month prior to publication. All changes to advertisements must be received in writing no later than 5:00 p.m. on that day.
Cancellations. All cancellations must be received in writing.
Error Responsibility. The Sturbridge Times’ liability for an error shall not exceed the cost of space occupied by the error. Credit is allowed for first insertion only. Notice of errors must be given in time for correction before second insertion, otherwise no claim for repetition will be allowed.
Special Position Requests. Every effort will be made to comply with requests, but acceptance of the order does not imply a guarantee.
